Coach, Mentor, Modelo a Seguir, Apoyo, Guía… ¿Estas palabras le parecen familiares? Ser “coach” implica ser capaz de inspirarse de muchas fuentes o disciplinas. El “coaching” se fundamenta en una alianza que implica proveer a los empleados apoyo y oportunidades desafiantes. La mentoría es una habilidad relacionada que a menudo forma parte del coaching. Se trata de ser una guía, ofrecer sabiduría y consejo cuando sea necesario.
