El Programa de Propiedad Comercial ISO 2013 está dirigido a productores, ajustadores, consultores, suscriptores e industria de seguros en general. Pretende proveer las herramientas, recursos y orden adecuado para tratar con los cambios en los formatos de cubiertas, causas de pérdida y endosos opcionales de TODAS las aseguradoras en Puerto Rico desde enero del 2015.

Todos los cursos ISO 2013 ofrecen un conocimiento básico del lenguaje, términos y condiciones generales de las pólizas tratadas. Estos cursos proveen una herramienta y recurso de gran valor para todo el que desea incursionar en las pólizas comerciales. 

Si estudia para su CIC, CISR u otros cursos conducentes a designaciones profesionales, este curso de ISO 2013 le servirá de repaso.

  • Tener la capacidad de orientar, adecuadamente, sobre las partes que tiene un Commercial Package Policy (CPP)
  • Conocer los riesgos elegibles y tipos de negocios que califican en una CPP
  • Conocer y recomendar el formato de cubierta y formato de causa de pérdida apropiado bajo Propiedad Comercial
  • Conocer los endosos o cubiertas opcionales bajo Propiedad Comercial
  • Conocer, saber y recomendar endosos y cubiertas opcionales de relevancia bajo Propiedad Comercial

  • Dial-up access will be significantly slower, and we do not recommend it for using our system.

Internet browsers

    Compatible browsers include:

  • Google Chrome 32 bit version 50 or later (recommended for optimal compatibility, this has been thoroughly tested on Windows)

    Safari 10 or later (recommended for optimal compatibility, this has been thoroughly tested on Mac)

    Note that add-ons and toolbars can affect any browser's performance.

  • MS Internet Explorer is not recommended

Settings

    We recommend that the following be enabled:

  • We recommend that you use the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Software

  • We recommend that you use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • To view all the resources uploaded to Hazmat Authority, you will probably need to have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or an equivalent (e.g. Open Office, Viewer) installed.

Security

    With all firewalls, ensure that you enable uploading of files.
