The Essential Concepts in Medical Plan and Insurance Policy course is designed to give you the in-depth knowledge and understanding you need to ensure your clients receive the best coverage.
This course will cover vital information about the health plan market, from individual policies to group options. We'll also cover the components of the Affordable Care Act and make sure agents have a solid understanding of coverage information while evaluating and reviewing a product.
Other topics included are: the purpose of insurance, why getting a policy is important, choosing an insurer, basic types of insurance coverage, techniques for selecting a health plan, and an overview of legal restrictions.
