- Identificar los distintos tipos de personalidades
- Identificar su principal estilo de liderazgo.
- Desarrollar una cierta flexibilidad para utilizar otros estilos de liderazgo.
- Determinar formas en que puede satisfacer las necesidades de los empleados y compañeros de trabajo a través de la comunicación y el entrenamiento.
- Aprender a priorizar, planificar y administrar su tiempo.
- Explorar maneras de hacer que el conflicto sea una poderosa fuerza para soluciones creativas y equilibradas a los problemas.
