El análisis forense de retrasos programados es el estudio e investigación de eventos que utilizan los métodos de programación de CPM para establecer la causa y el alcance de los retrasos y para resolver reclamos de retrasos en la construcción a través de negociaciones o procedimientos legales. Es un campo para expertos entrenados y con experiencia en la programación de CPM.

El análisis forense de retrasos programados es el estudio e investigación de eventos que utilizan los métodos de programación de CPM para establecer la causa y el alcance de los retrasos.  De igual forma, tiene como objetivo resolver reclamos de retrasos en la construcción a través de negociaciones o procedimientos legales. Es un campo para expertos entrenados y con experiencia en la programación de CPM.

 

En este curso se explican los conceptos de análisis forense de atraso, según las prácticas recomendadas por la AACE. Esta sesión permitirá que el participante entienda la terminología y prácticas recomendadas por la AACE. Se discutirá, además, el proceso de selección de métodos. Este curso es de beneficio para quienes manejan proyectos.
