Description

Over time, the style of surveys has evolved differently from one region to another and from one surveyor to another. This can complicate or delay a transaction. The objective of this seminar is to explain the contents and purpose of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for both the surveyors and the clients. For the clients, it explains both how to order the survey and how to use and interpret the final drawings.
